Managers
Managers are the league officials who controls and manages their team in the league, and sometimes services in the league.
They are responsible for getting their players into the league and manage all team settings.
Team League Manager's access levels -

Add a New Team League Manager
Team League Managers are responsible for controlling and managing the team or league and its services.
There can be many managers in a single league, each manager can be officially assigned to do specific tasks suited to them. Once assigned, the managers will gain access to the specified task’s management, they won’t have access to do certain tasks they are not assigned to.
Moreover, one manager can have access to multiple team league activities, given they’re assigned those activities/tasks.
If a manager is made primary, they have access to control and manage all team league related activities and tasks.
To add a new manager for the team league, navigate through Team Leagues > Edit League > Managers:

Click on the +Add New Manager option, it’ll open a new section on the right – Search for New Manager.

Enter the name of the user you want to create as a league’s manager in the Search box. You’ll get a list of users who meet the search criteria (users with the same name) with the following detail – Name, Phone no. Email address, etc.

Search and shortlist the user you are looking for, click on the Add option present against their name to add them as the new manager.

Click on the radio buttons to give mentioned access to the new manager. Each radio button grants specified access to the manager.

Click on Save to add the new manager to the team leagues. On successful addition, you’ll receive a success notification. You’ll now be able to see the new manager in the team league’s > Managers section.

This method works only for users already present in the database.

When you make a new manager primary, the previous primary manager will automatically lose their primary status. Only one manager can be primary at a time.
Remove an Existing Manager
You can remove/delete a manager from the team leagues due to any reason.
You can’t remove an existing Primary Manager until you’ve set another manager as Primary. Then, you can delete the previous primary manger as there can be only one Primary Manager for a Team League at a time.
To remove an existing manager from the team league, navigate through Team Leagues > Edit League > Managers:

Select/Search the manager you want to delete from the list of selected team league’s managers.

Click on the Delete (bin) icon on the right side of the selected manager. It’ll open a new pop-up prompt – Delete Manager.

Click on the Delete option on the Delete Manager pop-up window. (Click on the Cancel option on the Delete Manager pop-up window to return back to the Managers page. It’ll not delete the selected manager.)

On successful deletion, you’ll receive a success notification. You can see the new changes in the Manager s page.
Deleting a Team League's manager deletes them from the league’s manager page, not from the League’s Database.
Edit Manager’s Access Level
Team League Managers are responsible for controlling and managing the team or league and its services.
There can be multiple managers in a single team league. Each manager can be officially assigned for specific tasks within the league. Once assigned, the managers will gain access to the specified task’s management. However, they won’t have access to perform certain tasks they are not assigned to.
Moreover, managers can have access to multiple team league activities and tasks, given they are assigned those activities/tasks.

If a manager is made primary, they have complete access to control and manage all team league related activities and tasks.

A Primary Manager can't be deleted unless a new Primary Manager is set in place.
To edit a manager’s team league access level, navigate through Team Leagues > Edit League > Managers:
- Select/Search the manager you want to edit the access level of.
- Click on the Edit option against that Manager, it’ll open a new section on the right for editing the Manager’s league access levels.
- The manager’s current access levels will be marked (radio button will be turned on) against the tasks/activities they are approved for. To edit the manager’s access, tick/untick the radio buttons against the tasks/activities they’re allowed to perform.
- Click on Save once you’re satisfied with the manager’s access level for the team league. On successful access update, you’ll receive a success notification. You’ll now be able to see the manager edited access levels in the team league’s > Managers section.
